For Sellers
Selling a Home: Step by Step
Step 1: Market Assessment & Marketing Plan

We know the real estate market and this stage is where we interpret how the market will receive your home, and how we will show it in the best possible light. Our assessment and marketing plan will examine:
- Condition and features of the home
- Time frame to sell
- Neighbourhood and comparable sales
Step 2: Staging & Preparing your home

It can often take a great deal of time to stage and prepare your home for sale on the market in order to get the most for your home in the least amount of time. It is important to ensure there are no incomplete projects when buyers view the home, and staging creates a more positive impression and allows buyers to easily imagine themselves living in the home.
Step 3: Marketing your Home

When we bring your home to market, we use only methods of advertising to realtors and the public that have proven to be successful and effective. Here we will implement your personalized marketing plan, including:
- Professional quality photographs,
- Public and Realtor open houses,
- Exposure on MLS, Realtor.ca and syndication to 21 national and international real estate websites
Step 4: Negotiating your Offer

Once a buyer, or multiple buyers, have an interest in your home, we will work in your best interest to get the most favorable terms possible resulting in a sale. Terms other than sale price than can be negotiated include:
- Possession date
- Conditions
- Deposits
Step 5: Closing

Closing is the process of completing the sale and receiving the funds for your home. We work with a select group of trusted partners to ensure that your transaction closes smoothly and without a wrinkle, including:
- Lawyers
- Banks & Mortgage brokers
- Trades
- Moving Companies
